We run a monthly online direct debit system that you have complete control over. We use a system called Go Cardless.

Absolutely not. You are free to cancel at any time with no penalty charges.

For times where you are on holiday for an extended period we offer 1 payment holiday per year where you only pay for the sessions you attend in that month.
For ad-hoc missed sessions we can offer a make-up session if there is space at another one of our session times in your child’s age group. Just email us and we will do our best to arrange it.
We don’t offer refunds for missed sessions but always try to make them up for you.

Our motto is ‘if it is raining we’re still training!’ and we really do put that to the test!
If it is safe to play we will train. If the ground is frozen or water-logged we will need to cancel or arrange an alternative venue.
Parents are informed at least 1 hour before a session if it is to be cancelled.
We are big believers in getting children outdoors due to the physical and mental health benefits so we always do what we can to get a session on.

Yes. The only time we break is between Xmas & New Year.
Our weekly sessions run all through the school holidays even when we have our holiday camps.

This is barring our Speed Training, After-School Clubs and Daytime First Touch sessions which are all term-time only.
